The Castle Rock Church Council is responsible for the day-to-day operations, church facility maintenance and scheduling of the church and church functions. The Church Officers are elected on a yearly basis, and the council members serve three-year terms. The current council members include:
- President - Brian Johnsrud
- Treasurer - Marty Tollefson
- Secretary - Chuck Horn
- Council Person - George Hrubes (term expiring January 2026)
- Council Person - Don Gehrke (term expiring January 2027)
- Council Person - Dan Riley (term expiring January 2028)
- Minister - Steven Kottke
